The brief

Aurell was built as a template for real estate professionals who want their online presence to match the calibre of the properties they sell — the brief was "premium," full stop. That meant every page needed to feel considered and high-end, while still covering the full practical footprint a real estestate business actually needs day to day: a home page that sells the brand, a properties page that showcases listings, a blog for market content and thought leadership, and a contact page that makes reaching out effortless.

What I built

I built Aurell as a complete, CMS-driven multi-page site rather than a single static template. Listings and blog content are structured through CMS collections, so the site can be populated, updated and scaled with new properties or articles without needing to touch the underlying design — built for someone running an active real estate business, not just showing off a portfolio. Design-wise, the priority was restraint: generous whitespace, refined typography, and a muted, high-end palette that lets photography of the properties themselves do the talking rather than competing with it. Layered on top of that structural foundation are a series of subtle micro-interactions — hover states, gentle transitions and considered motion on scroll — that give the site a sense of polish and craft without ever feeling flashy or distracting from the listings. Across the home, properties, blog and contact pages, the through-line was consistency: the same premium visual language carried through every page, so the site reads as one cohesive, high-end brand rather than a set of disconnected templates stitched together.
